Quinnipiac at Harvard .......Crimson rolling to 2nd place, dispatching one of the chasers.
Rensselaer at Cornell .......I pity RPI......Big Red will be chomping at the bit this game
Union at Colgate .............Colgate take two points in their quest to catch Brown and RPI
Yale at St. Lawrence ........SLU is hot. Other than vs Cornell, SLU has not lost in 2 months, 9-1-1 in that stretch

Yearly Standings:

Poolie king MattJ still leading the charge in the points race, but spread with the chasers has narrowed a bit. OnMAA took over second from Hockey Teach who is now third.

GOCU has taken over the lead in the batting average race with two good weeks, with the slimmest of margins over MattJ and Hockey Teacher. All three are batting an impressive 70+%.

Week 15 Poolie results:

Bragging rights for this week are shared between MattJ and OnMAA with 13 of 14 picks correct. The only one they got wrong was the Tigers win over the Big Green. The 2011-2012 ECAC Posters Pool - Week 16 lineup

Lineup for week 16:

Last week with an early start, with two games Tuesday. Harvard is playing BC in the Beanpot consolation game and Cornell is hosting Mercyhurst for their third encounter of the year to decide the season series. A lot on the line in both of these games in terms of NCAA tournament bid rankings.

Meanwhile after last week there is a little more clarity in the race for second in the ECAC, with Harvard firmly holding on to that spot. They have the inside track to keep it, with four easier games left, compared to their chasers.

Meanwhile in the race for the last playoff spot things are going to the wire, with the three teams chasing that coveted spot separated by one point. Brown and RPI tied with Colgate one point behind and the easier schedule.

Gotta love this time of the year !!.

Three games to watch this week:

Harvard - BC for Pairwise rankings
Cornell - MC for Pairwise rankings
Brown - Colgate, the game that could be the decider for the final playoff spot.

Just to be clear on the rules, as this may come up in the Beanpot games.

Ties at the end of overtime, go into the NCAA books as a tie, and we will use the NCAA results as the ruling for the pool pick results.

Besides, I believe in picking a winner, picking ties is for fence sitters who cannot decide :D.
Besides, I don't think anyone has won any week yet, as a result of picking the right ties.
Percentage wise only 10 of 108 ECAC games have ended in a tie. That is less than 10% chance. I don't like those odds.
