For the sake of whichever team will be making the bus ride to Plattsburgh later in the week, I hope this one is wrapped up in regulation.

Question, didn't the SUNYAC tournament first round game used to happen on a Tuesday? Or am I crazy?

Just because you're not a fan of an AD doesnt make you any less of a fan of a team. Some Oswego fans cant stand Timmy either, but they still go. Just like not traveling to away games...does that not make you a fan either? Spare me.

Fact of the matter is neither 85% of the games are broadcasted live on the internet. From the great WTOP broadcasts, to the simple Elmira one camera no play by play, free, or charged yet Plattsburgh is still stuck behind the times. The sport in which carries the athletic department. When other sports start getting 1,500 people at $6 a person.....the technology is there. All it takes is plugging in the ethernet cable into the phone jack and getting Primelink to give the bandwidth, but no Bruce would rather not help support the biggest sport and team in the North Country. Forget the team, sponsors and advertising the NC would be great for the community....but no. Recruiting possibilities? Nah why would we want to do that? Oh thats right if our hockey team struggles we can use that as an excuse to help out our other sport programs who have how many NCAA wins combined?

Let's hope the Communications/Broadcasting curriculum announced in Platty creates the opportunity for students to take matters into their own hands. There is no shortage of help available to get them off the ground...just an email away.

You are not crazy ... well, at least not for this reason. The first round used to be on Tuesday. They went to Wednesday last year.

Perhaps they realized that a situation like we have this year, with Potsdam living on the bus. At least with the game on a Wednesday, they have a chance to SS&S at home before they return to the bus.

I'm going to the Fredonia@Geneseo game tonight with a Plattsburgh fan I met at the Platty-Oz game, if you see a guy in an Oswego Jersey sitting next to a guy in a Plattsburgh Jersey feel free to stop over and say hi.

That would be too dangerous ... that would be like getting too close to matter and anti-matter, and we all know the consequences of when that happens.

Why do I get the funny feeling that I don't want to see Freddy in the semis? Guess I'm just nervous about what Oz has done in semis.

Oswego beat Fredonia 8-0 in the regular season game at the CC in the 06-07 and then lost 3-2 in the SUNYAC semis at the CC.

Agreed. But, I was simply stating that poster thinking Oswego would pump Fredonia again just because they pumped them in the regular season doesn't mean squat and the statisical evidence is there to prove it from 2007.

Fredonia is always an extremely tough out in the SUNYAC Tournament every year.
