Stump the USCHO Movie Buff(Part III)

Re: Stump the USCHO Movie Buff(Part III)

No one got my Operation Petticoat reference. Just trying to remember Tony Curtis in one of his great roles. Feel free to start a new one. :D

well, guess I will throw one out here then.

Come a day there won't be room for naughty men like us to slip about at all. This job goes south, there well may not be another. So here is us, on the raggedy edge. Don't push me, and I won't push you. Dong le ma?

I love that movie. Tony Curtis and Cary Grant. My favorite line from that movie....

"In chaos there is profit!" :)

Do we need another clue here? I would have thought it would be an easy one.

Capt: Oh, God! I can't *know* that!
Cobb: I could stand to hear a little more.

I hope they serve beer in Hell??

Dianne: I don't think he'd leave us, Davs.
David: Wouldn't he? Lizzy, how can you put your faith in a man you spectacularly binned for being unreliable? A man whose idea of a romantic nightspot and an impenetrable fortress are the same thing? It's... This is a pub! We are in a pub! What are we going to do now?
Ed: We could get a round in.

A little help?

Re: Stump the USCHO Movie Buff(Part III)

A little help?

Not a quote, but a hint from the movie. Just when the protagonist is exiting the Indian-run deli, which is tuned to a radio station playing songs from Indian movies, the song stops and a newscaster begins speaking in Hindi. The content of the news, when translated in English, is, "People are waking up from their graves."

Home Alone. I dont' think I've ever laughed so hard as I did the first time I saw the final assault on Kevin's house. Couldn't catch my breath.

"Oh, you know I really am fascinated by aviation. I never knew they did it all with rubber bands."

Auntie Mame (with Rosalind Russell)-saw this one when i was a kid with my folks. Did not appreciate it then-i was too young. Saw it again 40 years later on TCM and laughed my *** off. Good flick and a good choice for a quote from it.

"Four dollars? You know what four dollars buys today? It don't even buy three dollars!"
