I'd be inclined to speculate that Sweden might have also if they hadn't been without their three best centers.

What is it about Claritin that makes it a banned substance? Does it mask some PED during testing?

Don't know about Claritin, but Claritin-D includes pseudoepedrine, which is can be "cooked" into methamphetimine. So I doubt that it was a PED problem.

Not so sure.....we were without Stamkos and Tavares.

What the Hey was the guy doing taking Claritin D??? My 17 yr old knows that is a banned substance!

Uh, now that they've had the closing ceremonies, what "spoilers" are you expecting to see? Besides, not everyone in the world wants to avert their eyes from the murders committed by a government that takes its marching orders from the guy who hosted these games.

We could talk about the gutless US Men's hockey team or Claritin. But given that the Olympic flame has been extinguished (but not the desire of the Ukrainians to be free) perhaps you could get off your customary high horse and join the rest of the civilized world in criticizing that totalitarian thug in Moscow.

Nobody is saying that the political situation in Russia and Ukraine shouldn't be discussed, just that it shouldn't be discussed in a thread about sports.

Are you straining to keep this thread clear for "spoilers" from South Korea? Last time I looked, the Sochi games were over. As in done. As in no more "spoilers." But, but, but, this is a "sports" thread. Right. Got it.
