Sioux versus Badgers... Is Wisconsin really that bad?

Re: Sioux versus Badgers... Is Wisconsin really that bad?

wow, Rivalry week and we're only 19 posts deep?

has Dirty retired?

so what is the new nickname? prairie dogs? that would be awesome. so we'd have rats and prairie dogs as the main rivals. you know what a Badger would do to those vermin?
By the time we'd adopt that name you will be in the B1G and no longer be playing us.

Yeah, not much smack going on in here, Sue and Becky fans are pretty quiet.

Edit: btw I hope the Kohl center implodes this weekend. :)

Pitiful, isn't it. Badger fans have just grown to accept mediocrity so it's next to impossible to get any kind of rise out of them. Now if the women were playing . . . .

It will be an unusual series for these two, given the absence of experience on both sides, and it will be fun to watch for that reason.

So are the sue fans going to butcher the National Anthem again? I must say I was impressed when they played Air Force they actually did not butcher it. I thought for sure they would. Of course, they had a gal sing it, it wasn't like they let the crowd actively participate, so maybe I'm giving them WAY too much credit.

Here's an old photo that dates from North Dakota's short-lived attempted campaign to form a team from only instate recruits termed "Consanguinity on Frozen Water."

Pictured here are brothers Jimmy Don Millwird and Pervis Milward who hailed from a family compound in Emmons County.

Last one... :p

They may have looked like they had a Wisconsin mother, but God they could skate!

Isn't there another satellite coming down soon? Kohl Center would make a nice landing zone for it.
