Oh for fuck's sake.

The fact that they need to schedule a debate on this tells me at least 4 of the 6 conservatives are on board with this shit, even though it's clear as day unconstitutional.

If they really side with Trump on this, I honestly don't see how it's not the final nail in the coffin. At the least it means there's no more rule of law as currently understood.

I want everyone to see this post, see who made it, and understand how bad this really is.

And yet the North Dakota boys still won’t believe jt

Uno is a male though so they won’t call him hysterical
Won't believe what, that they agreed to hear the case? I believe it.

I assume that they are hearing it to make their opinions known on a couple of topics -- The complaint Trump is making about the federal judges issuing nationwide injunctions against his actions, because I assume he thinks in some district courts he might find a favorable ear, and second, the issue of what does "and subject to the jurisdiction" mean in the context of being born in the US.

It would seem to me that using ordinary definitions of jurisdiction that persons born here, except maybe someone who is then covered by diplomatic immunity, would be subject to the jurisdiction of the government. If not, what right do they have to round these people up, charge them with any crimes, etc...?

Start putting together exit plans people.
Already done. The first line of the poem is first they came for the socialists.

First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist.

Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a trade unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.
