No I agree 100% but to me the EC should have known this was a possibility because the WI court is 100% political. They were going to find a way to screw up the mail in voting one way or another and you handed them an easy one. Make them die on the hill for Kanye dont hand them a plausible decision on a silver platter.

Plus it isnt like they are doing it for the right reasons...the Dems on the EC are trying to keep the Green Party off the ticket to avoid 3rd party voting since that is how Trump won WI last time. (Stein votes were higher than the margin of victory) Sorry but that isnt right. They would be throwing a [bleep]fit if a conservative was left off the ballot for an address issue so they are being completely disingenuous.

There is no way this ruling should stand though. I mean you are basically guaranteeing the Military from WI cant vote. That alone should make it unconstitutional. At least the people there now can find a polling station active duty members are screwed.

It's OK, Collins and Murkowski previously said they would not confirm someone this close to the election, and you can always count on them to stick to their guns!!!

First of all, hats off for a great jurist and person. You know she fought hell to stay with us.

I'm hearing Coney Barrett is a likely choice--a Notre Dame faculty member who signed a joint letter to Catholic bishops affirming the church's teachings, including "the value of human life from conception to natural death" and that family and marriage are "founded on the indissoluble commitment of a man and a woman."
