If he is gone in March they will have them seated by May. In fact I doubt the GOP even puts up much of a fight since it honestly doesn't affect much. They have the majority why make yourself look bad fighting a losing battle? Since the nominee will likely be a Black Woman who is more than qualified they will play it up a bit for the cameras and then just let it go. Nothing good comes from frothing at the mouth over this one. (note: if they are smart...which they arent so who knows)

There is no age requirement to serve on Supreme Court. I nominate as Breyer's replacement a 32-yr-old devoted lib in extraordinary physical condition & with ancestors that have lived healthy into their 90s before succumbing to being hit by a bus.
This guy is a sports writer and general curmudgeon supreme. Absolute gut laugh because I didn't expect this at all.
