Re: Scotus 11: Will Thomas Ever Speak Again?

On the drive in today I heard someone asking what he’s “supposed to tell his son now. Where’s the line? Bachelor parties?”

Ok, first: I find “don’t rape someone” to be a pretty good place to start. Followed up with “keep your dick off of other people”.

Second, how is that even remotely comparable? Yeah, women who attend parties are basically just there to entertain men. It’s ok to put your dick on them.

These are such embarrassing questions.

Re: Scotus 11: Will Thomas Ever Speak Again?

Why should I take it with a grain? Seems to me Avenatti has been very careful and right about everything he's said in public.

Avenatti is an opportunist and is now apparently trying to jumpstart a political career. He is in full gotcha mode which means he risks tunnel vision.

Having read more later his credibility went up though.

How hard is it to get consent? Really? Is it that hard? And how hard is it when asking for consent to make sure you're not in some sort of position of power over the person you are asking? Is it that hard?

I don't find any of these things difficult. In fact I remember at least two incidents in my past where these very things came into play and I didn't Kavanaugh either of them.

So far he gets the benefit of the doubt for me. He crosses that line? I'll be done with him.

What high school boy hasn't done this at one time or another?

Believe me, if a girl wants you to put your dick on her, she'll let you know.

I have been the best man at three bachelor parties and been to plenty more. Never once had strippers, strip clubs or porn involved. (one guy did call 4-1-1 to ask how to find prostitutes...he was very very drunk) I stopped thinking strippers were cool a long *** time ago.

The line is where your actions start harming people. The line isnt difficult. But to put in terms that jack*** on the radio will understand...if the bouncer would throw you out of Deja Vu then you have gone way too far.

I didnt say not to trust him, just be skeptical til we learn more. It isnt like we werent going to hear more out of him rather quickly ;)

Whoever his client is gave him enough information though that he could blow up a lot of this "****** Crews" though. Very graphic, very specific questions and follow ups. And again the thing about it is he is a lawyer so he knows you never ask a question you dont know the answer to. These are character killer questions cause either the witness says yes or you nail them for lying with your witness.

Same here but to be fair we didnt grow up privileged and as part of the elite. They dont have consequences to their actions.

I think you last line is a good one.

Totally agree. It doesn’t take a rocket surgeon to figure it out.

Nice parents for Kavanaugh then. Complete ****tards. Must be like those women they put on a panel on CNN or Fox or wherever that said every High School boy does this ****.

Consent is for cucks. Real men just grab 'em by the pu55y.

Re: Scotus 11: Will Thomas Ever Speak Again?

When she starts undoing your belt, that's a pretty good sign.

That is sexual assault!

A guess at who Avenatti's client is would be an ex of Mike Judge's who made some accusations against Judge in the press a week or two ago.

Take it with a grain:

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-cards="hidden" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">UPDATE: Sunday evening Michael Avenatti tweeted, "I represent a woman with credible information regarding Judge Kavanaugh and Mark Judge." <a href="https://t.co/wGzEx4lbDD">https://t.co/wGzEx4lbDD</a> <a href="https://t.co/y5EiDSzOhD">pic.twitter.com/y5EiDSzOhD</a></p>— Newsweek (@Newsweek) <a href="https://twitter.com/Newsweek/status/1044043175747293184?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">September 24, 2018</a></blockquote>

"Update: Sunday evening Avenatti tweeted, "I represent a woman with credible information regarding Judge Kavanaugh and Mark Judge. We will be demanding the opportunity to present testimony to the committee and will likewise be demanding that Judge and others be subpoenaed to testify. The nomination must be withdrawn."

However, in a follow-up tweet, Avenatti denied that his client was Deborah Ramirez, a second classmate of Kavanaugh's who came forth this week."

It might not be Ramirez or he's saying that to keep the scum off her for as long as possible.
