Scores Galore!!! Hobart comes out scoring at the 3:29 mark of the third period to make the score 3-1 Manhattanville.At the 4:48 mark,Mickey Lang lights the lamp to put the Valiants up 4-1.And at the 15:58 mark of the third period,Aleksey Koval got the goal for Hobart to make the score 4-2 Manhattanville. Manhattanville leads 4-2 late in the 3rd period.....

Potsdam quickly responds with 50 seconds left to make it 3-2 Geneseo. Empty net for the Bears,

Ice Knights pull it out, win 3-2 over the Potsdam Bears,

Buffalo State over Cortland 6-5 the Final.....Joel Sheppard and D'Arcy Thomas had 2 goals a piece on the night. Drew Klin added a goal and an assist.

Being at work doesn't allow me to follow the game closely....but right now, it's at least a 3-3 tie up in Superior. UWS with three straight goals from what I could see.

It sounds like Buff State is sound enough offensively, but what are they going to do with the back end?

Good weekend of hockey in the SUNYAC.

A lot of competitive games with action going right down to the wire.

I think it's going to be very tight this season from top to bottom. Certainly Oswego and Plattsburgh have the advantage early but they both had to dig down deep in the third to win their games this weekend and there were no blowouts across the board.

Morrisville takes out Elmira as well for the conference giving them a big boost in NCAA comparisons against the ECAC West teams assuming Elmira wins their fair shar of conference games this season.

Oswego and Plattsburgh will renew their rivalry next weekend for early season bragging rights and the inside track to the top team in the conference. Can't wait!
