Having seen both play twice (or 3 times), I will say that there is no doubt in my mind that McDonald is better than Dubois, that's for sure. ;)

I went with Remy to the consolation game at the Skidmore tournament, and I had the same thought: "Great offense, decent Defense, sketchy goaltending". The team that I saw Saturday night in Plattsburgh was not the same team, and the biggest difference was McDonald. there were other differences, too. Like, for instance, better communication between the guys on the ice, much more of a physical style of play, and they didn't just completely shut down when they went behind 1-0. But the biggest difference was the play in net, and the confidence the guys in front of him showed in him.

By the way, hello to all from lovely Spain. Sun's already setting here!

What the heck are you doing out there?

Last time I checked there was no HC Madrid.;) Get back in the States!:p

Spanish National ice Hockey League

But I'm afraid I have indeed attended my last Hockey game for the 2010-2011 season. I shall return Stateside in May.

Come on Marty! You're better than this. :)

EDIT: At least start up the Spanish World Junior program so we can beat them 20-1 in Edmonton next year.

Umm... how about Spanish Education Majors? And they've brought on some additional help at Siena to make up for my absence, but he's a graduating senior so Ill be able to slip right back in come September.

As for the World Juniors, they already participate in the Division II tournament. They'd have to win their group next year (they placed 3rd this year behind france and the Netherlands) to get to Division I, and then earn promotion to the Top Division the year after that!

I took 4 years of Spanish in HS too. Fluent in English; learned 8 words of Spanish, remember 4 today. Got A's in Spanish, B's in English. Go figure.
