RPI Pick to Click 2017-18

Re: RPI Pick to Click 2017-18

Ralph goes back-to-back in weekly wins and has a healthy lead to start the season!

The loss on Friday was dumb and also stupid, but Mike Prapavessis (no one) tallied a pair of assists in RPI's losing effort. The Purple Eagles' MVP was defenseman Noah Delmas (1-1–2; Ralph Baer), though they still owe the pep band money so it shouldn't really count.
Saturday was a touch higher scoring on the whole, with Viktor Liljegren (2-1–3; RPI fan 4 life) and Will Reilly (1-1–2; no one) leading the was for the victorious Engineers. The other engineers were led by Abbott Girduckis (no one because honestly what is happening with that name), who matched Viktor's production of two goals and an assist.

Happy Hate Union Week, everyone! RPI will kick off the ECAC schedule with the annual home-and-home against the jerks from Schenectady. Unable to conceive a single original thought, the Dutchmen followed RPI to western NY this past weekend and fared slightly better, winning both games rather than earning a split. That said, Union was an utter failure before Friday and sits at 2-5 overall.

Picks must be in by 7:00 ET on Friday.

You may NOT choose the following players for this game:
RPI: none
Union: Ryan Scarfo and Brett Supinski

Re: RPI Pick to Click 2017-18

Congratulations to engineerhockeyfan on his first weekly win of the season!

Rough weekend guys. Even with 33 (real hockey) points earned by eligible skaters, none of us scored more than 4 PtC points. Six RPI skaters earned two points, including, but not limited to, Jacob Hayhurst (G; engineerhockeyfan) and Meirs Moore (A; vizoroo). The Dutchmen were led by Sebastian Vidmar (no one), who scored the first Union goal and added a pair of assists.
Saturday went much the same way as Friday, but with a little extra crushed hope and shattered dreams. Brady Wiffen (no one) was the Engineers' MVP, contributing to both RPI goals. Union had their own smattering of 2 point players (we're ignoring ineligible skaters with dumb names), highlighted by Anthony Rinaldi (G; lugnut92, engineerhockeyfan) and Cole Maier (G; FlagDUDE08).

Well Hate Union Week was kind of a bust, but now it's Hate Clarkson Week, so things are fine. RPI will leave their Capital District failure behind and take a lovely road trip through the Adirondacks to the North Country, where they'll take on the aforementioned not!Vegas Golden Knights (4-3-1) and the Kyle Hayton-less Saints (1-7).

Picks must be in by 7:00 ET on Friday.

You may NOT choose the following players for this game:
RPI: Evan Tironese and Jacob Hayhurst
Clarkson: Sheldon Rempal, Devin Brosseau, and Terrance Amorosa
SLU: Jacob Pritchard and Joe Sullivan

Statistics and Rosters
RPI: Statistics | Roster (Beware E./J. Öhrvall confusion)
