Agree completely. Virtually sure we get to face Harvard (SLU will have its hands full but you never know). If not we get Dartmouth (doubtful that both lower seeds can take out 5th and 6th seeds). The next round for us is a best 2 out of 3 and that is significant. We could throw in a stinker game and still survive. That is not the case after then (assuming we can move on) when all games are really for us one and done, lose and go home and the season ends. looking at this season we have swept 4 teams in the ECAC but only been beaten twice by 2. For some odd reason we just did not match up well with Yale for both games and lost each time. however, those were a bit earlier in the season and perhaps now the results would be different. In any case it would take a really odd set of circumstances for us to face them again this year, unlikely to happen. But if we do get to move on past Harvard (and that is assuming a lot), the other team that has beaten us twice will loom large for us as I cannot see much chance that we would not have to face Cornell to get an automatic invite to the NCAA. We have played them well. If we had to face them in a 2 out of 3 instead of Harvard, i would not be optimistic. But thankfully, if we ever get that far and they stand in the way, it is just one game and anything could happen, especially if our goaltender is as hot as he has been. Harvard will not be easy by any means but you have it right when you say there will be no surprises and they are not one of the teams this year that has overwhelmed us with a sweep.
BTW I would not be upset if we never saw Western Michigan again for a long, long time!!
