Re: Rep Retirement Thread 133: I still hate you all

Good morning Lodge.

I am finally feeling better today. Had a great time with the clients Saturday. Went to bed at 5 AM Sunday morning kind of great time. (FWIW not to shabby for a 40 year old who rarely drinks and is usually in bed by 10 PM most nights. :o)

Nicely done, gmann! :)

We listened to Mumford & Sons quite a bit. (One of the clients is a big fan) Not sure about the music. With every Crown I consumed they did sound better. By the time the last drop of Crown was poured from my bottle they were the best band in the universe. I Might have to look them up on iTunes and listen to them to make an "informed" decision.

Mornin' kiddies

5 guys opened their first store in Portland Yesterday, apparently they are going to open 5 more in Maine, yea:D
we have one here in town now as well, haven't eaten there yet, but heard it's pretty good?
Just found out that I'm out of a job as of next Friday. I was ready and starting to look, but was going to do it by mid-May on my own terms. Now the Dad has decided that he's going back to school full-time and going to take care of the kids. I'm...worried about finding another job on such short notice.
Keep your head up ewe, you'll find a job. There's tons of places that would love to hire someone like you!

Mornin' Lodge. It's a beautiful day here, forecasted to get up to 68 and Sunny. Should be a great day for this golf! I'm excited..A little nervous and anxious, but definitely excited!

Hope everybody has a great day!:)

It is delicious. They have real potato french fries, usually potatoes shipped in from Idaho or the like. Their burgers are real good, with your choice of unlimited free toppings. I've never been to an In n' Out, and I don't think five guys would be quite that good from what I've heard, but I do think five guys is possibly the best "eastern" burger chain.

Hey Lodge.

Woke up and felt much better this morning, it is looking like it was just a random headache last night. The extra couple hours of sleep last night probably helped fix that.

Working at UND right now, on some top secret shiat. ;)

gmann, I've never even heard of your new favorite band, I'll go out on a limb and say that I won't give them a listen.

I am not a fan of 5 guys french fries, it is like they tried to copy the awesome french fries at the state fair, and failed miserably.

They certainly have expanded a lot in the last few years. I remember when there were only two stores in the Virginia suburbs of DC (not that long ago), but I never went to one until they had expanded into the city.

There is one in Grand Forks now, yeah, I'd say they've expanded a bit. :p

Yeah, Hi Ho Barry O had a burger at one in DC and they exploded in popularity.

Really good burgers, though. In-N-Out is a bit better if you know the secret menu.

Woowoo Free Ben & Jerry's today. So glad they have a store a block from my house.

Actually....you like country music correct? If memory serves correct they have a country/blugrass twang to them. They might just be worth listening to. (I think they were nominated for a Grammy)

Didn't eat at one at the Frozen Four, walked right by it but I had eaten so freakin much in DC I couldn't bear to eat any more. Now I want one in Bangor:D
