I need to convince my family to like lamb. I think My brother likes it, my SIL hates it/won't eat it (dunno which), and am unsure about my parents. I've only had it a couple times in my life, and I love it. I'm also embarrassed to admit, that I don't know the best way to cook it, and I don't want to ruin it, so I don't buy it at the butchers.:o

Next year, I'm coming to Easter dinner with you, big sis. ;)

Happy Easter, Lodge. Back from WI, only to turn around and leave again next weekend for Graduation festivities back in Houghton. I do find it rather fitting that the best place for us to see Flashy during the ceremony will be from the Misfits section. :rolleyes:

It's red meat, you more or less treat it like you would a similar beef cut. I doubt if anyone has ever made (or tried to make) a crown rack of beef.

Get some lamb chops and treat them like you would a steak and you can't go too far wrong.

Next year at the F5, we're gonna have to have some. You buy it, I'll cook it.

Operation: Scarlet At The F5 begins. ;)

tcbg wants to come out for an F5, after his experience at the F4, so I propose an eastern Invasion!

The 2 game Thursday was, for me, not really a positive change. The afternoon game really lacked any atmosphere inspite of the fact that it was a pair of MN teams facing off and the night game of CC-UAA was just unfortunate. I can see that the Thursday games always having that problem regardless of who is playing (with the exception of MN) because of the one-and-done format. I can definitely see why the CCHA moved to a 3 round playoff system and only had a 4 team final.

And the fact that St Pat's Day happened to fall on Thu this year sealed my decision. I love armegeddon if I cause it. Other than that? Meh at best.

i'd be okay with an eastern invasion of fans, because I wouldn't have to see BC, BU, or UNH play, and I'd still get to say hello to the easterners.:p

I somewhat agree. As a fan, I enjoyed the third place game to be honest.:p The Thursday night needs to have a close that a MN team plays the night game, similar to the UMN rule for Friday night..this would help the atmosphere, IMHO.

Brent, that just added even more green to Saint Paul!;)

This week (finals week) could turn out to be very interesting... very interesting indeed. Tomorrow especially. Stay tuned for more at 11.

I could possibly see myself going to the F5 if I'm not on a tugboat next spring.

I ment a return trip out to the HE championships. No way that I'm missing either of the next two F5s {insert standard disclaimer here}.
