Good Afternoon Lodge!

I had to go to BJs to get stuff including toilet paper- because we were running out. Thankfully we are not like the people in Calif who queued up around the block for that.

It happens in DC too along with milk and bread. Of course with only 0.4" of snow all winter, it looks like it won't happen this year unless we have a hurricane scare. :)
(or the corona virus?)

For those with young children, when it comes to children’s songs, I’d highly suggest The Okee Dokee Brothers. They sing bluegrass style, but they’re singing actual songs about adventures and such, not the Itsy Bitsy Spider junk. And they’re based out of St. Paul, as it so happens.

There's another band, Koo Koo Kangaroo from around here that is supposed to be really entertaining for families and such.

Good Evening Lodge!

How many survivalists are in our midst? Our local hospital has a case in quarantine for the 'virus'. The local paper is reporting it but the Boston Station is not identifying where the case is. Hmmmm.
Good thing I got my toilet paper yesterday :p

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge: Choose A Number

Curious- does anyone have one of the survival 2 week stashes they are always talking about? What do you have at home? We used to have more then the human vacuum cleaner came back to live with us and we can't keep up with his caloric needs

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge: Choose A Number

Corona Mania has hit our business. I guessed it would be one of two ways. Either it would tank, because we supply stuff for businesses (usually production/construction/etc) to run, or it would boom because we also supply sanitary/sterile goods.

It's the latter. Getting hammered on orders. I was curious enough to actually check our stock market price (I don't hold any stock). It's held fairly constant the last week. I have a feeling this will continue until the end of the year.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge: Choose A Number

I'm at a loss at the moment with a work thing. There's a very small part of me that is now thinking my boss is trying to - in a very subtle and potential subconscious way - trying to get me to leave. She did something, or rather didn't do something, and I'm trying to decide if I call her out on it or not.
