Lost in a shootout.

What a fun day at work. System crashed last night, so receiving couldn't put anything away (about 20 pallets' worth of stuff at my building). Got it running in time for my shift, crashed 30 minutes in, that lasted 4 hours. Wonderful. Silver lining: my co-worker and I ended up putting everything away, saving us some hassle in the long run. System got up and running again, and it was a 3 hour hell-run to pick everything. THANKFULLY, mgmt siphoned off about 15% of our lines to other buildings, so we finished on time. Month end, so EVERYTHING had to be processed, nothing could be held over. Talk about pulling off a best-case scenario out of a worst-case.

Bellying up the *HT. Came for dinner. It was excellent. Enjoyed the ceremony honoring the four BU guys on the 1980 team, in spite of how they tarnished their legacy last weekend. To the point I thought about not coming. Plus they’re playing BC, and, well, I’m very close to leaving after the second. They’re down 2-0 and I do not see any way they do anything that will keep me here.

Hht. After last weekend, I thought we were done playing at Yost for the season, now it looks like there will be more home hockey

*HT. SCSU pulled the goalie with 7:35 left on the clock in the 3rd when down 4-1. They’d had 1 shot all period to that point. Horrible skating. Denver played well all night.

HHT. Game sounded like a yard sale. ANd apparently we are good in PWR. I used to pay attention. The last yr or so I can't say I have any idea unless someone else says something

and HMT (Happy Marathon) one of the gals that made the cut is from around here. lilnsl raced a race where Molly Seidel ran- she was tempoing and beat most everyone who was really racing (men and women). She is originally from Wisco but ran at Notre Dame. Unfortunate choice of schools but she didn't wear an ugly golden golden globe on her head.
