Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 98: Favorite Alter Ego

All that, and humble too.
:o  :p

Ok, I've had enough fun for one day. Thanks again to everyone for all the kind thoughts and letting me bore you with my saga. It really was therapuetic in a warped kind of way!

Here's to hoping I don't regret not taking that script for pain killers (don't say a word, 'ewe!).

G'night to tLodge! ;)

This has really made me miss Saint Paul -- our house is half a block from Groveland Park, where (you probably know this) they have three rinks set up all winter long -- because I bet the best thing my 6-yr-old could have right now is the ability to walk down the street, every night if we wanted, and just skate and shoot around with some friends. (Which isn't going to happen here, that's for sure.)

Fortunately the coaches here are happy to have kids who want to play -- heck, they were happy to have me on the ice just to have another adult there to help out -- so keeping it fun looks like the way they do it. At this point, anyway. Anyway, thanks again, Clown and Goldy. (There's a sentence I never expected to write. :p )

Groveland is awesome!
Wish I lived closer. :(
Here's a little tour of backyard rinks in St. Paul - including a shot of Groveland.

I worked 15 hours of OT this weekend and it's severely ****ed up my sense of humor. Or perhaps you've all noticed?

Does that mean you'll be able to go to the game on Friday at PC?

I thought it was because PC actually won a game against somebody, so you couldn't humor yourself with mite team jokes?
;)

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 98: Favorite Alter Ego

when you see mav and the crew on friday night, you won't be accused of wearing red face paint, will you?!!:o

Face paint -no. Body paint - possibly. Though I hope by Friday it will have lessened somewhat.

Dammit. Mind's in the gutter again.

A little help?

(glad to hear you are on your way to recovery, though. :) )

How you could think my chest, stomach, back and legs covered in a red rash would even remotely be hot or sexy is beyond me. I feel like a leper.

Did that help?
