Do they have meatballs too? Actually I dont really understand that about IKEA, then again I generally find IKEA a scary scary place. I did however like the one in Schaumburg, IL, but I think basically because it had a "safe" place to walk away from the crowds from.

I've been down here for almost five years and have never been in IKEA. You're here five days and already been there. Nice! :D

Despite the fact that I showered this morning, I'm now craving taking another shower. I can't though because I just finished painting the bathroom a little while ago.

Morning Lodge. We played "Dodge the Lightning" last night coming to Tulsa . . . We picked our way through the storm and landed.

Once I had a connection from Miami to Ft. Myers. It was one of those little planes, maybe 14 seats, 7 on each side. I was in the front, and the curtain wasn't closed into the cockpit, so I could see in. This was in late June, so it was typical Florida weather: thunderstorms all over the place, but none of them lasting very long. I could see the color radar screen in the cockpit, and to me it looked like wall-to-wall storms. And the pilots just steered us in and out, no big problem. It was cool to get a glimpse of how they were getting us around there.

If you lived closer, you could come to my place and shower. ;) :p

Instead of showering, I dirtied up some dishes. Made spinach ravioli (from a frozen bag) and created a sauce of sauteed walnuts, garlic, basil, oregano, and French thyme in some grapeseed oil.

I decided earlier this week that I need to get in better shape and lose a little weight. So I'm starting to ride an exercise bike for an hour each night after work, and eating better/less. You people that enjoy doing this exercise **** are effing masochists.

Sounds good; I'll have to try making that myself.

That may be so, but I've learned if I don't exercise, I get cranky and am more likely to snap at the worst possible time. Exercise releases endorphins, which allow me to relax. :)

amen... but do it anyways... what i hate is all the time it eats each day since i've seem to stretched out the gym time to something like an hour and half.

You do it not because you want to but because life isn't going to be fair for you. At least, that's why I'm doing it. I'm exercising because I don't want to die alone of a heart attack at age 45. I deserve to live a good long time and I deserve to be with somebody. That's why I'm doing it.
