Avenue Q is awesome.

This is your first commando? Whenever I get a massage, I get one naked. The point is to be totally natural and relaxed - why would I wear anything? Most of the people I know who get them also go naked... ..

neked is the only way to get rubbed.

i need a rub right now! tv and down three. what the ****.:(

Going for 13 yrs and have never not gone commando. How do you get the knot out of your glutes? Undies would get in the way. Agree with ewe.
The elbow can be a wonderful tool Les....

They have my class pretty much doing just basic Swedish massages right now, next month we'll be getting into Myo and then the fun really starts.

They did show us some moves in Thai Massage today that can get deep into the Glutes and other parts of the anatomy there. I even got some special treatment and had the little lady that was leading the seminar today us me as a demo today to show that yes, even somebody as big as me can be bent into a pretzel without much effort on her part. :D

Sounds wonderful. Yeah she uses the elbow. Never enough time.

Yeah, after being in Canton I'm guessing trips to scenic Houghton and Grand Rapids are looking like holiday getaways. :D :D

You are so wrong on Houghton. Go stare at a tree-filled hill for a while. While it's freezing and snowing out. Yay, that's Houghton.

Radio and we arent doing much better.

Hey, at least your school built a brand new arena 4 years ago. I wonder why they aren't playing there. They really should, if they want to help Hockey East remain the "premost" league in college hockey.

I learned all of the above from watching Brendan Walsh discuss recent arena upgrades around the league. Why the hell is this faux-hawk'd idiot on TV?

Speaking of massages, I need to schedule one for myself. My glutes and piriformis do not like the fact I've spent a lot of time running and being on my feet.

I will let you know that CHA bottom dweller Niagara has upset Bemidji 6-4 tonight as well. ;) ;)

and SLU is continuing their Undefeated in 2010 run with a 4-0 thrashing of Toothpaste U.
