Not to mention listening to the prof introduce the course and his expectations in what I felt was a pretty clear manner. Whoops, my mistake.
Guess I shouldn't be surprised, considering that I used to wonder how in the heck a couple of profs I've had in the past managed to get a PhD.

So, I'm filling out my performance review stuff at work.
Things I really want to list as accomplishments but won't:
-Survived another year of being surrounded by morons without injuring them or myself.
-Enjoyed laughing as 4 people tried to do my job and made something that should have taken one week and cost ~$1,500 turn it into a 2 month project costing ~$24,000 (not counting the wasted labor).
-Fooled people into thinking I was very busy and working hard when really I spent 4 hours/day playing online.
-Was "the voice of reason" during several meetings according to design engineering manager
-Schooled Chinese suppliers at basketball during trip to Shenzhen
