Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 92: Let's Keep SiouxTechie Out

I keep forgetting to throw a tube of sand or two in my Jeep - thanks for reminding me. Now to find a place that isn't sold out...

Northern Tool had lots of sand tubes last week when I was there. Otherwise, just pick up some cheap water softener salt like I did - I will use it eventually anyway.

And sometimes life throws you a curveball.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, my wife and I have learned that we won't be able to go on the three day weekend ski trip we had planned for later this week. I'm disappointed for myself, but moreso for Mrs. Shot, since she's really been working hard the last several weeks and was quite looking forward to the getaway. :(

If the Gopher hockey programs loss column weighed anything that would probably suffice. :p ;) :D :) (sorry I could not resist that low blow)

Speaking of tasty treats. I made Rice Crispy Bars late night. Mmm Yummy. They are so sweet that I'll probably be diabetic in a couple of days. :o

Thanks for the tip, I'll stop by the one on MN 65 this afternoon.

Helicopter break down, so you can't jump onto the bunny hill? ;)

Sucky.

You should learn to appreciate the negative comments to, consider them constructive criticism.

No problem. Win your first D1 Nat'l championship, and I might be more likely to get riled. In the meantime, I'll treat comments like that like I do to the kids talking smack on Xbox Live - "I don't take anything seriously from anyone who's balls haven't dropped yet"

;)

You've apparently been taking lesson from Twitch Boy.

Must we talk about Speedo Man's balls dropping? It's lunch time.   I may never eat again.

I bet Speedo Man would be a great super hero. He could punish the bad guys and get them to change their ways by just showing up in costume. Nobody could take the sight of that. The bad guys would be screaming for mercy.

Man CHA, that sounds more homoerotic than a Batman episode

Success! The Jeep started at lunchtime, so I went to Quiznos! It cranked over for about a minute this time before even firing...usually it fires but I can't keep it running, and it takes a while for it to catch on. I have a bad feeling about when I leave and tomorrow, but now that it did start in this cold, I have a little hope.

I have never put any weight in any of my vehicles to help traction, I've never had the need.

If you weren't going to dieselize, I'd suggest a fuel injection kit. A stroker 6 would be better though. :D
