Got my new 12 gauge last night, it is a beautiful gun.

I'm enrolled in an internal training course, it is 4 weeks of classes spread out over 10 weeks total, so I've ended up in training very often over the last couple months. After next Wednesday I'll be done with the training, and I'll actually be able to get some work done.

Thanks everybody for your thoughts and prayers. It is always difficult dealing with things of this nature with friends and or family. I have had a couple close friends pass away from cancer within the past few years and I currently know of three others who are fighting it today.

A wintry day here in Denver. Temperature is hovering at the 9-10-11 degree area with light, but steady, snow falling. The wind chill factor must be close to or below zero. It's definitely a morning for a second cup of coffee to go with the pumpkin muffin I have on my desk.
