The calendar may say winter doesn't arrive for another few weeks, but Denver's weather the last few days has certainly been wintry. The weather stands in stark contrast to the heated rivalry being contested this weekend up and down I-25 between the Pioneers and Tigers. Looking forward to it.

Evil wine is actually pretty good. At least, as good as wine can be. I'm trying to develop a taste for it.
Hallmark is losing it in the greeting card area. American Greetings' cards are way better.
Tim Tams (well, an Americanized version that is almost, but not quite, as good as the original Aussie version) are now widely available, at least in this area. *thumbs up*
Seeing a jerk zip between lanes without signalling, tailgate, and drive like an all-around d-bag, then nearly rear-end a woman driving a much larger vehicle correctly is a nice way to start the morning.
Evil wine is actually pretty good. At least, as good as wine can be. I'm trying to develop a taste for it.

Hey kids! I really need to figure out how to get to tLodge on the Blackberry.
I've been at a training class the last two days. Yesterday I got home around 3:45 but I still had my headache so I wound up going to bed about 7:30. After the class today, still with headache, I had to head back to the office for a meeting at 4pm. New project that they need created, written, designed, printed, whatever, like, last week. Oy. It made me late for my weekly Thursday post work drink at hottie bartender's place. No lemon drop tonight. Instead he made me the most delicious mint chocolate martini. My headache is now gone.
I have read thru all the posts here. Let's see.....

Final Five - well, if BU continues on this pattern and doesn't even make the Hockey East tournament, I'd think about that trip. Especially since my 10 year anniversary at work is in February and I get another week's vacation. I can't use all the time I have now. What am I going to with all that time???

you need to go through your user cp and find your posts. locate one you made here and clicky. then add that page to favorites. from there you can click onto the main poles page and go into and out of new lodges as they come about.
