Yeah, I think this was the PB/Bucket year, where I only had a couple, because I knew I had to stay sober to keep control of the situation. But that shouldn't matter anyway. That family is rather dysfunctional to begin with (not gmann-IL-dysfunctional, but who is?!).

Windows 7 is NPB so far.

It wouldn't let me save a Winamp skin in my Winamp folder, saying I need admin permission to do that. Erm...I AM the admin.

Other than that, pretty slick looking. I'm really looking forward to trying this "snap" dual window feature - Huskies Live feed in one pane and score update thread in the other

See, isn't that called "re-sizing" and such? Or is it because currently you'd have to have two windows (not tabs) open? Be patient, I'm not computer-savvy, believe it or not.

It's basically resizing, but you just have to click something that says "put these windows side by side" instead of having to manually resize and align everything.

Pretty slick new feature where you can just drag to the edge of the screen and it'll snap itself into place. A bit easier to work with, and you can get them perfectly sized too.

So, it's still two browser windows open? Or is it like a multi-tab, but two window-areas that are open? I guess the difference is in the former, you have more computer power being used (since two "separate" programs are running) and the latter, it's one program, but two viewing areas.

7's a little nannyish too.

The "do you want to let this program screw with your computer" freakout got annoying quick. It'd black out my monitor for a second every time it came up.

All in all, I think I liked XP better. For a Tech grad, I sure am a Luddite.

You have two browser windows, and you're viewing them both at the same time. There's no difference in resources if you have two windows, or one window with two tabs, it's still all part of one "program". Ok. I just remember the "olden days" where to have two viewing areas, you had to open a new internet window, thereby taking more power away from your computer. Then this whole "multi-tab" thing came into play, and I was happy.

DII feetsball. UMDuloot is going to destroy GVS again this year. I think they're going to make it an annual affair to replace the Lion's annual debacle.

GVSU played like POOP Last year and it took OT for the Bulldogs to beat em. Its going to be a slobberknocker of a game, but I doubt UMD will be Destroying the Lakers, not when Revenge is on their minds.

I'm fairly certain all of the female posters should band together and get gmann.

But he might enjoy that.
