Neither have I. It's on my "must see" list. And thousands of games is no exaggeration. My grandpa taught me how to play when I was kid. Although there was no money involved, he played cutthroat every game. If I left any points from my hand, he'd take them.
I learned to count, ergo, "see" the cards, very, very quickly
Sounds like we need to have a Lodge cribbage tournament...My uncle taught me that, and I'd play by that rule all the time if I could. If I leave points, I think they SHOULD be up for grabs. However, the hubby and my mother think that's too "mean" and that I'm too competitive. Whatever.
