I don't have an extra schedule poster, just the one they gave away on the 10th. They should have those at the Guest Services window, I would think. If I see one in the lounge on Saturday, I'll grab one for you.

Thawing out a pork shoulder roast here. Going to make some Pulled Pork for this weekend. :D

Made some two weeks ago with my own, homemade BBQ sauce. Good stuff - it's definitely the weather for pulled pork.

I agree with this. Like Brent said, I'm sure there's a few things you'll want to touch on, but overall I say you should say what you feel in the moment.

A few months ago I was contemplating going to da UP for the Huskies vs Huskies games. And I'm sure Halloween at a Tech game would be fun...I know it was fun at Yost last year. I'm still considering going to the UP because Michigan is playing at Lake State.

I was tempted to make the boy take me to RIT 'cause I have not been to a game there, but he was just there a few weeks ago and is on a road trip this weekend too.

I might just be lazy and stay home and watch college football on tv and hand out candy to kids (unlike CHA, I will not keep the candy in my pocket). The novelty of having a house and trick-or-treaters is kindda cool.

Any recommendations?

Well, Adrian does play the U-18 team at the Ice Cube that night. I'll likely be there instead of getting loaded like a freight train and handing out candy to kids. I think I told you guys, last year a lady down the street wanted to hand out candy to the kids, and jello shots to the the adults. Her boyfriend is a sheriff's deputy and advised her against that.

Put it on the jumbotron at a major sporting event, then you don't have to remember a speech.:D ;)

And if you do that, you probably won't have to remember the ring, either. She'll probably kick your * and leave.

If you've got something planned, keep it very brief. You don't want it to sound like you planned it.

Just don't tell her that you asked us for ideas. :D
