Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 85: Pants or no Pants?

....and I got you one of the posters that people are whining about in the BU thread.

(and to think i almost called you today to fax over the ticket request forms since your work hates you! )

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 85: Pants or no Pants?

So I'm finally unpacking some boxes from my move to this apartment, and I found something neat I forgot I had--my grandpa's jacket from when he was in an Air Force Drum and Bugle Corps out of Duluth. :)
This is so cool!

You should at least make an effort to unload the tickets so you don't have to eat them, and if you can use what you get from them to cover for the flight, and ideally, an extra hotel room for the boys dad or yourself perhaps. You can watch Michigan-Penn State on TV.
wanna give us a link so we can go negarepping??? :D :D :D
Look in the UML season thread. last few pages is Vt folks trolling (carter is my 'favorite' but we have a UML troll that goes and stirs it up in their thread:mad:) our thread used to be such a mundane sort of place with mild posts. Now we have to slog thru the trash talk to get to anything interesting:(

Pretty much. Whenever people take Red Cloud seriously, there are always fireworks. :D
People take him seriously? I have him on ignore:p
There are times when being the oldest is truly awful.

Short story - my sister's boyfriend was driving drunk with her in the car. There was a small accident (she's fine). I'm scared and enraged. :( Trying to calm down enough to talk to her.

Give her hell harry!

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 85: Pants or no Pants?

Thank you to everyone for your concern. She made it to surgery this afternoon and she understands that the risk is high, but is apparently at peace with the situation and has a good team of doctors.
Great to hear.

Glad she's OK...hopefully you can beat some sense into him next time you see him. Even if this is (hopefully) enough to deter him from doing it again...you should still beat some sense into him...

It'd be better if her sister decided that she'd never see him again, let alone let 'ewe see him.

Oh, I had both forms emailed to me. Thanks for almost thinking of me, though. :)

And so you know, 'ewe emailed me last week to ask if I could get one for her. Which I did, when I got mine.

So what's the deal about the posters...are they like UK Hokey posters or something? :D

It was a commemorative national championship poster. They gave them out on Saturday, after the game, but the arena did a lousy job with the distribution and they ran out.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 85: Pants or no Pants?

Having actually met him, his 'extreme d-bag' act/facade is too amusing to put on ignore. :D

Being a repeat target of this d'bag facade, it's just best if I have him on ignore. And if I met him... well, let's just say I hope I never actually meet him.

That was on TFLN a few days ago. It's still VERY true.
