And good morning, Lodge. Time to go to work.

Oh, I know where that is, thats right near GV's Downtown Campus. You would have to double check the bus schedules and what not, and I would assume they've got some place all set aside for runners to park there, but you could probably park at GVSU's campus in Allendale and then catch the 50 to the Downtown Campus, it has a stop right there at the YCMA. The Rapid is free to anybody with a student ID. Thought I would mention that to you for any of your friends that would be going to watch you run.

Wedding last night went well. Two of the groomsmen with mullets straight out of 1988, the stepfather of the groom looked like Willie Nelson's dad, mixed in with a brown suit and bright white sneakers. Half the guys at the wedding almost DL'd at the reception, but I'll tell that story later today. Also, two of my cousins playing the role of mad chemists with the punch, ending with the two of them taking shots of Everclear (the 190 proof).

About as bad as my own fanbase right now. First regular season loss since 2004 and everybody is calling for his head. Hell, he's not exactly the greatest playcaller in the world, but his record speaks for itself. Hell, going 6-1 at Northern gets people jumping on the bandwagon there. GV?? FIRE CHUCKY!!

I had zero hope for the NY series. I don't get all emotional over Twins baseball for the most part because a) it's baseball and b) well, it's baseball.

KARE 11 did a great job finding stereotypical tool Yankee fans for their newscast...

Supposed to get 1-2 inches of snow tonight...down south by Red Wing/Rochester is supposed to get 2-4 inches.

Basically, if it benefits me directly, then I care. But overall, in this situation, baseball is a distant (very distant) third on sports I care about. That helps a lot.

well, it isn't like that is hard to do. A good bet is to find ANYONE wearing yankees stuff and you'll find one. We had one with his girlfriend in our section, he was cocking off after the game, I just said "Its ok, I've been having unpure thoughts about your girlfriend for nine innings." He was speechless.

One of the highlights of the night was in between innings, right after A-Roid hit the home run, they put the PSA about steroids on the jumbotron. It was pretty awesome.

No, I was in the last row in the upper deck, I was a little too far away for that. I would have made it over center field fence, this guy almost did, but they were able to pull him back over.

The queens are good, but as for hockey, you should focus on that little team in northern Minnesota that you root for, they're looking good. The Wild are looking.......un-rebuilt.
