Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 200 - End of Season

I dont think i mentioned this. Im getting an estimate on some custom garage work tomorrow.

We need more storage and we dont have a basement. So garage is next best place. It'll still have room to park 1 car.

Im thinking floor epoxy, wall/ceiling paint, new lights, locking cabinets, wall hangings for yard equip. And a small workspace.

I received $3.5M from MR.WILLIAM BEN. The total is now $418,643,523.38.

I also received a brand new 2018 BMW X6. I wonder what I should value that as. After all, it is last year's model.

I received $6.8M from Mr. JOHN KODJO. The total is now $425,443,523.38.

Don't forget to leave space for all those pictures/posters/maps that your wife would prefer not to hang in the house any more!

You have to keep space for the snow blower.

Unless you have extremely stable ground and slab, I always highly recommend AGAINST garage floor coatings. Once you get a crack, it’s only a matter of time before it’s all starting to come up.

Good Afternoon Lodge!

We don't have a garage. Our driveway is a steep hill up. My daydream fantasy is to dig into the hill so the driveway burrows under the T that it is now and put a patio on the top of the garage. It will never happen. We have actively running springs all over the place, including under the driveway.

Then bottle the water and become rich :)

It is raining. Again. I am starting to feel like I am going to meet Noah any time now. And the Denver sunshine? Yep. I feel for you.

If you are going to meet him it must have to do with the game RPI is playing at UML next season. :D

Evening, Lodge. Worked solo for the past 3 days, and will be for the next two, officially. Main building has NOT been a help, thankfully business was slower. Gorgeous week, looking to be a crappy weekend for weather, which is just AWESOME when I have a BBQ to attend tomorrow. Ah well. At least it will be with awesome people.

We saw the sun for maybe 30 min tonight- in time for a great sunset. Otherwise- rain. UGH!
