Good morning Lodge. Working from home this morning and then off this afternoon. Greek Heritage Night at tonight's Red Sox game and my dad will be recognized as Season Ticket Holder of the Game! It's cloudy today and we are expecting rain overnight. I'm hoping that it waits till he's at least off the field.

OK so it was 6-0 when we left Fenway, got home and it was tied at 6-6. What the heck??? Anyway, fun night to have my dad on the field. Man, it was crazy down on the field. Got some nice pictures. My brother showed up in time. Bunch of friends were there. As we were in the car on the way home, it started to sprinkle, so we left just in time!

And as I’m typing this, the Sox just took the lead! A good night all around. At least for now. Hopefully they will hold on.

My folks are staying here tonight because my dad has cataract surgery tomorrow morning.

Yeah, it’s hard for both of my parents to deal with crowds and the size of the ballpark, etc. my dad is still a bit unsteady on his feet. I wanted to make sure we left so there weren’t huge crowds leaving with us. I parked them on a corner and ran to get the car to pick them up,

Plus, they’re getting picked up tomorrow morning by a car service at 8am to go have his cataract surgery. The game is still going on. We would’ve not gotten home till close to midnight.
