One of the SLU players is the sister of one of the BU players.
Aaaaand now snow may affect the outdoor games at Fenway tomorrow that I was not planning to attend but now am. I did not buy a ticket and was going to make it a game day decision based on the weather. For the past week, the forecast was for sunny and cold. Pretty much every day this week. I have a holiday get together with friends tomorrow night so I wasn't sure about doing both. Then with last night's two wins, and the fact that one of my good friends has an extra ticket, well, of course I'll go! I can deal with cold. Now? 3-6" of snow predicted and they may need to postpone. That forecast happened TODAY.

Still *ing cold out. Going to get a warm trend from Sun to Thu, then back to negative temps for a day or two. Whee.
Bottleshare tomorrow night with some friends. Some good rare beer will be there. Also, fam wants to see Suicide Squad, so THAT will be interesting. My parents have loved off the wall movies in the past (in particular, my mom is a big fan of Tarantino movies, my dad prefers stuff that is historically based, but did absolutely worship The Royal Tenenbaums).

Epic HHT as Badgers and Hawks win and my kid made the news with a goal and an assist in an OT victory.
Was the "Game of the Week" and live streamed so grandma & grandpa and my sister in Florida got to watch.

After being outscored 1-0 and outshot 11-10 in the first period on Friday night, over the final five periods of play DU outscored ASU 11-1 and outshot the Sun Devils 85-25. On the other hand ASU did hold Troy Terry to 2 goals 3 assists and five points in his first game back after helping the USA win gold at the WJC.
