First things first. I'm missing three gifts.

One of my gifts was mis-represented, in a way. Have to get a supplemental. I don't mind, really, but still. At least Target will be dead tomorrow (I know from experience).

I think I've found everything.

I thank goodness for cheap knockoffs of certain products. Found a nice chess set for my older niece. Looks like marble, probably isn't marble, don't care. Looks really nice, and it was in my price range. Thank you, ebay!

Good morning Lodge. Merry Christmas Eve Day! Supposed to get close to 70 today. Right now it's foggy and gray. Need to shower, pack for the night (staying at the 'rents), load the car and drive up to their place. Haven't seen my brother yet - he got home Monday morning. My brothers and sister-in-law and I got my parents a new TV for Christmas. I wanted to get them a computer but my older brother was dead set on getting them a TV. I relented because he offered to buy it. Score! He's bringing it over today so I need to be there before he shows up.

While on my way into the office today I was pulled over for speeding, doing 70-75 in a 55. Yup, the trooper gave me a written warning. It's a late-coming Festivus miracle!

s'upp y'all

bright and sunny 63 this morning in western pa. brought the laptop so i could log in and work today (hate, HATE wasting a vacation day on what breaks down to be a 1/2 day).

I could have gone about 95 this morning for my whole commute, and no one would have been around to say boo.

Just boarded my flight for Tampa. Foggy dreary humid weather in the bayou this morning. Couldn't see 300 ft when I got off the boat.

Supposed to be upper 80's in God's Country today and tomorrow. Really thought this might be the year for a white Christmas in Florida, too. ;)

Lucky!

Even though I exceed the speed limit on a regular basis I have only received one ticket. I received that ticket when I was 16 years old about an hour after I got my drivers license. I was clocked doing 34 in a 30. No warning. $75.00.
