More important things than hockey tonight. The "lightest" which is still cause for a heavy heart: Old Pio is RIP. Just saw it in the Dead Thread. :(

I don't care if you disagreed with him or not. A sad day. :(
:( He irritated the heck out of me but still :(

Good evening Lodge. Making dinner. Why do potatoes take so long to cook? No really? I've been boiling a potato for over an hour to make mashed potatoes. I made meatballs earlier today. I think they came out really good this time. Caught up on all my shows today.

Anyone else working tomorrow? I don't know what the rest of the country does for Columbus Day. Usually we would be closed and all of out Massachusetts offices are closed. We're open because our office gets Patriots Day off. The T runs on Saturday schedule but I should maybe drive in as I think meters are free.

The Federal Reserve is close, so my office is closed for all but the mutual funds trading group and global custody. That means we have only one person from my support team on staff, and like Bobby Dylan, it ain't me. :)

Good evening Lodge.

Even though the Fed is closed we will be open.

Short week though for me. I have to burn some pto (use it or lose it). Taking off early on Wednesday as the g family will be heading out for a camping trip.

Working, but like gmann, have time to burn. I have many 4-day work weeks for the rest of the year, and I may have to burn another day or two, to reach my carry-over limit.

I have time but every time I try to take some of it you would think I asked to kill someone. :(

I am actually taking tomorrow off, I have just over a week left to use this year. The boss is taking the day off, too, so we're thinking of running into Stillwater for breakfast and wander around. Plus, the lass had a long weekend so I need to run her back to St. Ben's.

I would recommend Smalley's and Lift Bridge stops.

Back home. Logged about 26 hours in the combine seat in 2 days. Productive weekend. Crazy yields.
