Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #178: Oh, mookie's dreams...

Morning.

House hunting is more interesting when the whole country is in play.

Even I don't need a second one...

Nice. I got a good chuckle out of that.

Good morning Lodge. Breakfast burritos and some assorted fruit have been served for breakfast. Currently sitting by the fire enjoying some coffee. Looks like it's going to be another perfect weather day.

So he really is hp811. :)
math. poo.

raining here. lil just came in. Soaking, wringing wet but cheerful because his legs felt good on his run. I shake my head.

Off to work. Another Tuesday in a list of Tuesdays awaits.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #178: Oh, mookie's dreams...

Tuesday gonna Tuesday.

Woke up with massive swollen upper lip area and tooth pain. APPARENTLY, the root canal I had done earlier this year wasn't packed right, and became infected. Whee. Went in, got it fixed, and now I'm as antsy as a 2-year-old crackbaby thanks to the Percocet they gave me.

The only upside, is when I called into work, found that they were getting SLAMMED, and they'll probably be there until 9ish, unless it somehow dies out, which I highly doubt. So I don't have to deal with that mess.

Headache for the 2nd day in a row. This one is exploding into a migraine. At least this time it doesn't sound like the neighbors are slaughtering livestock in the back yard, as was the case last night. Apparently they have family/friends that came up from God knows where. I don't mind, in general, except for the fact that my head is pounding like a bass drum.

Good evening Lodge.

So much for a perfect camping trip. Kids are covered with swimmers itch. :(

We are going to try and stay up for a bit and try to catch the meteor shower.

Ugh. Hope they get better soon! Thankfully I never got that. Only poison ivy once in a while in my camping years.

I have had it before. It's a nasty burning itch. I'm sure you have had something similar if you know what I mean. ;)

Poor little g is having a tough time with it.

I'm not much of a beer drinker. I picked up a couple six packs of Fulton. IMHO It's not bad. Not sure where it ranks with you beerologists but it does fine by me.

Fulton Maitrise and Libertine are phenomenal. Lonely Blonde is decent.

I'm currently enjoying a Lonely Blonde. Covertly of course because state parks do not allow alcohol. Not to mention I brought my own firewood. I'm bad. Bad to the bone. :)

Good choice, as the others are seasonal. ;)

I have found that most state parks won't care, as long as you are quiet about it, and clean up your mess.
