Good morning Lodge. Need to get new glasses today. I went last week for an exam and got a new prescription but there was too many people in the store to get new glasses. I hope they can just update my current frames. Between glasses and the new crown I pre-paid for, this has been/will be a pricey week. At least it's nice and sunny.

I just made a yummy grilled cheese sandwich for lunch. Infinitely better than the grilled cheese I got in our work cafeteria yesterday. I'm at a loss as to how you can ruin something so easy. The two guys running the grill section - it seemed like it was their first day there. This is why I usually bring my lunch every day.

Brats. The deck is spectacular today.
It's probably 45 our but feels like 65 on our sun splashed, south facing, dark stained deck.
Yummy brats.

In other culinary news...
The boy had allergic reactions to seafood when he was very young (10-12 years ago) - one time king crab legs and another time, blue marlin.
Just hives that Benedryl handled (although required urgent care visits), but enough that we considered him allergic to seafood and avoided it with him.
Recently went in for further testing and he tested negative for everything - both with skin tests and blood tests. We are now in the process of adding seafood back into the family diet, so are having a lot of great meals.
Had ahi tuna a couple of times and he passed. Next up mahi.
Tonight will be my (should be) famous fish tacos with blackened mahi, a yogurt sauce, lettuce and chopped mango, papaya and pineapple on flour torts. Yummy.
