Where is the emoticon for sleepy? 5:45 comes very early when you are still working late enough you can wish people happy BD on FB for the 'next day':(

I couldn't fall asleep last night, saw 2:00 on my clock before I finally nodded off, and had to wake up at 5:00. I called into work to let him know I'm out. I'm not going in there just to start falling asleep at my desk.

Every time I'm about to do that I disappear in my car for a while and nap in the parking lot behind the gas station. Worked well so far.

Good morning lodge. Back from breakfast and the hot tub and waiting for the family to rise and shine. Wanted to soak out the kinks from riding a Hummer through the Sonora desert yesterday. You stand and hold onto the roll cage. Got a little stiff.

I get insomnia a couple times a year, too. It's not fun.
Melotonin.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #173: (Insert Title)

The first time I tried melatonin, I took the whole pill. Holy sh*t were those some highly personal, vivid dreams (and I don't typically remember mine). I was also groggy for most of the next morning.

Start with half a pill. And it goes without saying that if you find yourself using it for frequent insomnia, you should probably see a doctor instead.
