Well, you definitely would not have slept this afternoon at Arrington. Actually more stressful than last night's game. Similar, but closer.

BSU was down two goals with less than three minutes in the third and we finished with a tie. Stole a point and took 3 out of 4 points from BG. HHT.

Gotta love making chili in the crock pot and realizing that you've only got half the tomatoes you need, and half the stuff is already in the pot.

I haven't really gone to any concerts unless you count the Trans Siberian Orchestra... thinking maybe I should start going before all the old acts die and/or retire. Fleetwood Mac was playing in DC Friday night... which kinda spurred this.

Rush is playing at the end of May near Manassas. Should I go through with it even if I'd be just going on my own?

HHT although I spent the whole game minus a few minutes schmmoozing at an alum thing and didn't really watch. I am getting old in numbers but not in heart.

Yes! It is more than likely their last major tour. I know I am going when they play at the X in May. Well...mainly forced to go as hubby is obsessed with Rush. Plus he does get spoiled with merchandise from their concerts when I go.

So Beanpot tickets did not arrive in the mail yesterday. I don't get why they USPS can't get an envelope to go 5 miles in two days. It left the arena on Wednesday. It left the main post office facility on Thursday. As of yesterday, it's "out for delivery." Which means it will show up Monday. Except that we're getting a blizzard on Monday so my mail, which usually doesn't show up till about 4pm anyway, probably won't be delivered at all. And if we weren't getting a storm, I'd be at work and not there to receive it.

And oops, I forgot....I'm not allowed to complain about the fact we're getting another bad snowstorm that will dump more snow on us because other places also get snow. Sorry about that. Disregard this post in its entirety! My bad.

Morning Lodge.

At an arena watching the neighbor kid playing mini-mites. On his team is a Pominville a Suter and a Nielsen (former Gopher). Rich getting richer.
