So I was able to get my drain removed today, but the stitches will be staying in for another 2 weeks (3 weeks total). Dr. said continue with light activity, so I don't pop any open. I am taking that to mean I can go up to the Yale/Brown series this weekend, because #cawlidgehawkey. And I will also be going to the St. Lawrence @ Clarkson game the weekend after.

Quick turnaround from yesterday. Looks like I will be moving to Indianapolis...

Could start as early as February 2nd. :)

Yay!!

Not quite a Scarlet Tuesday. Saved only because I left as fast as I could. I am supposed to be 1/2 day on Tuesday but if I am in the building no one respects I should be left alone. In the past I shut my office door. Can't do that now? Oops! I have no door because they took my office and moved it to an open area. :mad: If I say I am not there all sorts of scheizt hits the fan so out the door I went. It is actually quite nice out!

Went there a couple of summers ago in July for some concerts and it was the hottest temp I've ever seen on my car's thermometer.

It read 112. The actual temp was like 104 or something, but we were in a parking lot and the asphalt made it even hotter.

When we were on the highway at 80, stuck my hand out the window and it felt like a blow drier. :eek:

Add in the humidity and it was some of the most miserable weather I've ever endured. Of course we were camping...

I just got a text from AT&T telling me I'm at 75% of my data plan. The old data plan. I figured the new one kicked in when I got the new phone. What a pain!!!! Need to call them now.

Indy has a huge fire/first responder show in April. Not sure if you have to pay to get it but it's really cool! It's held at the convention center (most exhibitors) and the colts stadium for the big stuff. Flashing lights, big trucks, sirens...I was a big kid for 4 days. :)
