I still haven't wrapped any presents yet... parents threw me off by informing me at 9:30 last night that the 10 o'clock mass they intended to attend was the one in half an hour and not the one in the morning.

Had a solid day. Aunt/uncle came up from Rochester (MN, you easterners!) and the family spent the day just chatting and eating. Aunt brought up homemade Swedish meatballs and lemon cake (great-grandma's tradition, carried on), I brought some Nisu bread and intro'd the family to Founders Big Lushious Chocolate Raspberry Stout for dessert, which they all liked, despite not being dark beer drinkers.

Wish I didn't have to work tomorrow, but them's the breaks. Should be slow, though. I hope. It better be. Someone better keep some puppies and burlap bags around just in case.

Good Morning Lodge.

Only one in the office, so far. Office officially closed but I don't want to take CTO for the day. Mrs is at a client for much of the day and Jr is working most of the day so no real reason to be off and I'd rather burn CTO when I need/want it off. Cleaning day for me as my workstation is a huge mess.

The world-renowned Boston Pops and a local high school choir will be providing a live soundtrack to a showing of Home Alone at Boston's Symphony Hall. How cool is that? And how did I not know about this till this morning??? I would've tried to go! Instead, I'm heading to Foxwoods for the day to lose some money.

What a boring day at work. I might have actually did 2 hours' of work, with only about 10 minutes of that after 3pm. I have no idea why they just didn't do a half-day or something. Waiting for MNS and Armadillo to show up, then it's off to TK's for the Johnny Holm Band. Gonna be a fun night.
