Yesterday was the third anniversary of my daughters first Cochlear surgery. The 2nd one was done in October, 2013, and it's been an amazing few years.

I was reminded of this as she was playing the piano this morning. So cool! :)

Howdy. Picked up my brother, went to breakfast, dropped him off at the 'rents and went shopping since it was early. Home before noon! Still have a few more things to get but I feel much better about where I am with my shopping. I'm going to wrap what I have this afternoon so I'm not doing it last minute on Xmas Eve!

Attempting to finish shopping. The cashier at Kohl's almost got sent to the moon via the Hammer Shovel Express.

Went to get gift cards at the local bookstore for my nieces (bro recommended that gift; normally I hate giving gift cards). They had 3 registers open. 3. In a mall area (not really part of the mall, but in basically the same block area). The line was about out the door. Nice management.

Day full of Church (E, not OC) and housecleaning. Quiet little Saturday, quite unlike last weekend. ;)

Lil had way more fun imagining what he was going to get with a gift card then most of the presents he got. He would shop and shop without using it. Entertainment value was awesome.

Don't know how long I'm going to stay at work these next 2 days. The place is completely dead, usually there is a decent amount going on by 7:30. I think I may end up just finding a project to work on, and doing it at home. No point in being here if no one else is at work.

Ditto. Except for the fire. And my work would not be considered budgeting and media scheduling. :p
