I read that sentence by sentence building a picture, In saw you pouring spaghetti sauce on your tree. You sure have weird customs. :D

I don't see an issue wit that. I need to work on my Flying Spaghetti Monster tree topper (now that I have my own tree).

Morning Lodge.

5 days to finish shopping, present wrapping and clean my house. Parents will be here Friday, brother and family on Saturday, then headed up North (Crystal Mountain) for Christmas.

Taken 3!!!!!!!

And did I hear right? I have to wait until March?!?

I thought it was January.

Saw a commercial for it this weekend, and I said, "*sigh* Taken 3? Really? I know I'll see it though, because of my mancrush on Liam." Another in our group slowly nodded and said, "Yeah, me too."

My awesome wife got me a Samsung Galaxy Note tablet for my birthday. The thing is pretty sweet. Spent a bunch of time messing around with it yesterday afternoon.

Also, my parents gave me an Erin Hills golf shirt, since my dad and I golfed there last summer. Pretty happy about that gift too!

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #173: (Insert Title)

The only Christmas gifts I give are to my nieces, because they are kids.

Other than that, I tell my family to take the money they would spend on my gifts, and give it to charity. I do the same (usually to a charity that is for armed forces and/or gets gifts for needy kids).

So, we spent an extra night in the UP... Hit a deer about 45 minutes west of the bridge. We're all fine. Car's banged up, but drivable. We're on our way back home now.

The worst part is that we had to leave the giant rat on the side of the road since we didn't have any way to take it with us. It would have looked great in my freezer.

**** that sucks.

Hungover from the weekend with a lack of motivation to work and weekend blues from such a great time being over :( :(

Glad you're ok!

Just received a summons for jury duty in January...

With a name like Pedro, you could just reply "No habla englais." That's a sure fire way to get you out of jury duty. Who wants a juror that can't understand what's going on?

Or you could just wear a UND Redacteds jersey. They're looking for people that meet a minimum IQ threshold. :p

Brent has that tat visible so he could have looked "Pedro" :p

I got out of it by having an uncle that, at the time, was sheriff deputy of a MN county. I probably couldn't have gotten tossed faster, since the case involved (IIRC) 12-13 cops' testimony. ;)

I waited a day, got called for questions, tossed the next day.

My key question was, "Given no evidence, could you treat a defendant's testimony the same as an officer's?" I said no, because no way in hell I could do that.
