Mornin'. Church, pizza, wings, football, and Packer hatred on tap for today.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #173: (Insert Title)

Good Morning, Lodge!

Trying to get grocery shopping done and dinner in the crock pot before the Packer game today.

Holy fog, Batman! Can barely see the house across the street here in Capital City, MN.

I can understand that. ;)

First real game last night. The boy had an assist, had a few nice scoring opportunities, won over 50% on faceoffs and best - got to start a an extended 5 on 3 penalty kill and was able to help clear it and then chase it down and pin it in their zone on the boards against two other guys for 10-15 seconds.

I love those kind of plays - regardless of who does it. The little things...

Ditto. Those are the plays that make watching hockey fun.

Good stuff. second loving to watch one guy keep the other team at bay. Awesome.

Well, then. That was not what I wanted to see. Water heater leaking all over the utility room.

Did you need to use the shovel to push the water out?

That is an awful thing. Hope the leak wasn't too bad. Had it happen twice and another time the pipe blew off the top of the heater (the dude who made our house should be in jail).

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #173: (Insert Title)

I cleaned it up and 30 minutes later, there's more water under the tank.

It's almost 25 years old. I just hope it can hold up until Friday.

And trying to get a new one on Black Friday (or even schedule service for that day)? Good luck.
