I quit coffee AND soda pop day after thanksgiving.
So... I got off of coffee this past week. Tried a couple of times before and never could get past the headaches. Been drinking coffee every day for about the past 20 years.
It's been 8 days.
Of course I started huffing, but at least I'm off the bean.

Howdy Lodge. Took a comp day today. Needed to do food shopping and laundry. I've worked a good portion of the day today but I'm home and doing other stuff. Plus the Beanpot is tonight and I can't do it then as I won't be home.
So, as mookie mentioned earlier, we're due to get a storm on Wednesday. I fly out Thursday morning at 8am. Crossing my fingers that the storm will end when they say it will so I can take off. We're also due to get an even bigger one on Sunday, which is when I'm supposed to fly home. Oh well. If I get stuck in LA, I get stuck in LA.

I don't think it was boring. It got a little exciting towards the end. As I wasn't expecting anything, the loss didn't upset me. It was actually a better game than I thought it would be. And I got to see it in person, which was fun.
So we're getting a **** ton of snow Wednesday. Then a bigger storm Sunday night/Monday. I leave for LA Thursday morning. I am hoping I can get out but more importantly I hope I can get home. I think I might change my flight and come home Saturday. Though if I got stuck there, I'm in LA. And I can stay with my brother. Decisions decisions.....
