Whoa there. That's actually more common than you might think. Tell them that you are not the holder of the debt, they are to stop calling you, and any further contact by phone will result in legal action on your part. Then bone up on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. If they keep calling you and you play your cards right you can take 'em to court for $1000 a call.

Hmmm, wish I'd known that 10 years ago. I was in one of those book of the month things. They sent a Danielle Steele book and something else I had zero interest in and sent it right back. Got hounded about it for two years before they stopped.

Nope. Its not like I'm some pervert like Dude Love. :p

They were only here for a hour, then it was looking like nap time for the both of the girls. Just enough time here for them to get to pet some of the horses and pose for some pictures, although the older one was a whole lot more shy about it than the younger one.

Yeah, I know. There's not much they can really do with that one except tell you to make sure your affairs are in order and you had better start knocking off stuff from your bucket list in a hurry.

Yep, that's about what I always almost do.

Yeah, with that one, you just better give your roommates a heads up about it before you blast that sucka. I don't answer calls that aren't in my phone contact list.

Back in the day, before you could stop all the telemarketing crap, I found that if you start talking dirty to them ("Well, you have a pretty voice...what are you wearing?" etc) got them to hang up pretty quick.
