I just got a hold of somebody to plow me out. I requested they not show up until 6 am tomorrow. It will be interesting to see how much snow accumulates by then. In my neck of the *ahem* "woods"......fence posts and telephone poles do not make for good wind breaks. ;)

It's nasty though. I have been here for almost ten years now and I have never experienced a ground blizzard like the one we are having today. Hard to explain without witnessing.

Come on up! The more the merrier. I have plenty of beverages for all types and plenty of red meat for the grill. Only one s&ss though. :)

Even down in Oakdale every so often I can barely see the neighbor's house. But only very briefly as the snow is blowing in the backyard. Just a weird setup because of the hill and the houses forming an inclined horseshoe. Pretty sunny though for the most part.

I'll be interested to see what kind of drifts I get in my entry area since I catch the wind there.

The wind is kicking up here in Delano. I figure I should head back home before nightfall due to visibility reasons, since it's pretty flat and wide open on the commute.

Yeah. pretty much. He's made his rounds through Hockey East getting hammered before he moved on to the ECAC threads.

There's an exchange between him and PC91 that is probably long gone right now that would have driven a normal person off of these boards forever. Hoky is special.

Wow. It's really starting to howl now. I heard a crash come from my roof. I don't snow rake my roof so there's a distinct possibility th wind finally broke down a drift from my roof in an avalanche. hahaha.

I can't even imagine how bad it is up north in the unprotected plains.

Actually, he made his rounds in the ECAC before moving to Hockey East, and then went back to ECAC.

I have this mental image of hd sitting hunched over his computer, frothing and twitching, with multiple screens up, trying to inform the world how wrong they all are.

And if the Grammar Horse rides by- so is not apert, a child for a coach. So he is not a maggot but he is a child? He is not a child or a maggot? If rb is a maggot then apert is not a maggot? the permutations are endless...........

Woo hoo, flying standby heading home. Got a seat in row 4, which is the first row of coach, but it's an Economy Comfort seat. Cost me $50, which is how much it would've cost me if I checked luggage, so yeah I'm expensing it.

Dopes 'R Us is referring to Union's coach by his initials, not tRalph. However, your point(s) still stand.

Thanks. Interesting. In 2010 I got several positive Reps from him. Then I apparently wrote something when Union lost to tUMD that ticked him off, and since then the bile has been spreading.

I'm surprised any of you spend time in D1 threads. I made a joke in score thread and ended up a fair weather fan. hahaha.

So I definitely dont spend much time in the regular threads.
