Good afternoon Lodge.

Good old fashioned traditional meal for dinner tonight. Turkey breast, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetable, biscuits made from scratch and chocolate cake for dessert.

Pre-season, beat-up-the-little-sisters-of-the-poor HHT for me! It was so nice to be back at the rink! :cool:

I think I'll make gluten free corn bread muffins and run to Famous Dave's for pork and a BBQ chicken.

I made fish - it looked good, but tasted old. :( Wilted spinach w/ balsamic vinegar and leftover rice pilaf were the best parts of the meal.

Pot roast cooked in beef stock and red wine with carrots, parsnips, and potatoes. All washed down with two glasses of red wine.

Renovations in the arena look nice, and the team looked pretty dang good. Less sloppiness than I was expecting.

An interesting note..They put new seats in this summer as part of the renovation. The seat numbers are reversed..so our aisle seats are on the other side of the section, rather than the one we're in. We were given no notification of this happening. My dad has had the same seats for 15 years. Wondering if they will switch the seat numbers around, or if we're **** out of luck.
