Well that was a fun night. With all apologies to Hammer and other Tigers fans here, best time I've had at a Red Sox game in a while. First off, perfect weather for a game. I took my godson, who had never been to a game at Fenway before. The Red Sox bats went crazy, Ortiz got his 2000th hit and I won the tweet your seat contest - again!! I'm exhausted through. Long game, I was up early this owning and I have to be up early again tomorrow. Off to bed!

Yo. Off the boat in the next 6 hours or so, flying home at 10am from Houston, then flying up to NY tomorrow (Friday) around noon. Can. Not. Wait.

School starts today for lil. Can I say that 0 dark 30 comes very early? Sr yr. Yikes. Should be interesting. School is being reno'd around them, no parking available for tachers or students and true to form they were still hiring teachers yesterday at 3:30. One is going to teach the first day and then sign after school.

Good Morning Lodge.

Jr's school fired a teacher Tuesday. Local TV news teased about it this morning "hear what he is accused of doing." It was exactly the wording of the e-mail us parents got "inappropriate communications with students." Nice investigation there boys, some parent sent you the e-mail and you read it on air. :rolleyes:

What do you mean Sunday? My team plays tonight! :)

Or, if you're a college fan, football was back last week. I'm excited for the game against the FigThing Irish Saturday. Potential schedule: get up early, go to Gameday, come home, nap, cook, tailgate, game, tailgate more.

We get to test out our route to the hospital with football traffic on Saturday; we have our tour of the maternity ward. Four weeks to go from there - give or take, of course.

Saw that. I'm thinking, with the way the email read/stories I've seen...maybe some photog sessions went a little far.

So, some people who I know who still live where I grew up have put on facebook some updates about a bunch of feds/DEA/police activity going on this morning. Sounds like a big, widespread, extensive drug bust. Choppers, black fed cars, the whole 9 yards. And people wonder why I moved out of there. Very unfortunate and sad seeing the village going downhill so quickly. It was a fantastic, great place to live growing up; but then some city folk moved up there (presumably to be closer to relatives/friends in the NYS prisons around there, or for the cheap housing/cost of living.) and the drugs started moving in and out. And not your relatively harmless maryjane either, but hard street drugs.

Two interviews over the next two days. Phone today and in person tomorrow with different companies. As long as I am getting the interviews its easier to be positive!

There is definitely a lot. I think my feed had at least 6. Why are they almost always in front of the front door? 1 was on the school bus with the driver waving also.

I think I've only seen 1. Did a large amount of your friends squeeze out a baby 5-7 years ago?

I only see one photo up, but that's just because the others who would do that are ones who post 50 things each day so I've blocked their posts from my feeds.

So I found out today that two weeks from tomorrow the PM to my big project is leaving the company. The following Thursday is when we go live. I don't know who the new PM will be, but this person better have some experience in getting the right people together to make it happen smoothly. At this moment, I'm not amused.

I've seen far more than previously. Also, having the majority of my friends in MD and MI means last week I saw a bunch of MD 1st day of school photos, this week I've seen a few from MI.
