Time to bust out my good overalls! Maybe this time, Mary's lamb will say yes!
Its probably actually someone from Fridley. ****ers from Fridley. We should kick them out of the county, they belong in Hennepin County.

We don't want 'em. Send 'em to Carver County. They belong there.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #170: Fair Weather

Back from my post op appointment. No more crutches or surgical shoe! My doctor says "Wait - why were you on crutches this whole time?" I said "Because the nurses in the recovery room said it was by your instruction." He says "That's NOT what I said!!!" He wanted me to have the crutches for the first few days in case I was in a lot of pain but really wanted me to be able to walk around with the surgical shoe. He was annoyed at the hospital and apologized. Anyway, the bandages came off and I got to see his handiwork. Stitches are still in and will remain in another week or so. He didn't use the dissolvable ones. But he gave me the go-ahead to be able to shower and get it wet. For the past week I've been sitting on a little chair in my shower with my foot wrapped in plastic sticking out of the stall. I'm in sneakers for a while but am way more mobile!

I go for my post-op today, 11 weeks. My phys. therapist wants to know if the weight restrictions can be raised and I want to know if my worn down humerus bone is expected to impact my motion or strength as I go along, if that will restrict my recovery at all. I'm expecting a very vague answer on everything pertaining to my humerus.

I always knew you needed a sense of humerus.

Ok, yeah, that was bad.

To be fair (haha) you are missing some items from your list. One being hacking with carney Meyers, and the other being judging Giada's prize winning melons. That is all.

A little late to the party there, my friend:

Giada won't be there? :(

Neither will Freddy Meyer (officially).

This pole sucks!

Where's Freddy

Holy h e double bendy straws. Prayers going out to members of tLodge. I know with everything the Mrs and I have gone through recently, it can't compare to some of these stories. Sorry to hear.

I see. But in my defense, I like my responses better. Those are actual fair activities (sort of).

True dat.

My boss just came over to me to learn more about Twitter. She sent me a test tweet and I showed her my newsfeed, etc. God, I hope she doesn't follow me. I very rarely talk about work on Twitter but I don't need her seeing what I tweet. I think she's good about not wanting to follow any of her team either on Twitter or Facebook.
