Exam went well. I may knock out some coaching modules that I need to have done by the end of the year today and tomorrow.

I think I get something between 35-40 days of PTO a year. Plus, I can buy another 5 days. Use it or lose it every year though. My 10 year anniversary will be in a year or so and I think I get another 3 or 4 days.

That's more than I have!

I have about 5 weeks, not including the normal holidays.

It really does get to the point of throwing darts at the calendar for days to burn, b/c of the carryover limit.

I negotiated to start with 3 weeks vacation. Then my year anniversary came up and they only gave me 2 weeks for this year...I got that fixed right away, and then went on a vacation.

Now, if only I could convince someone to pay me a salary but only have to work a few days a year.

The King deserved it. He's the greatest. I know they say its George Jones, but when all is said and done George Strait will be unanimously considered the greatest country artist of all time. Then it will be up to the kids to catch him.

edit: I can't believe they even included Taylor Swift in the same breath as The King. Not even remotely in the same class.

Couldn't agree more; I'm excited to see if any of these young guys can catch him.

Is it sad I want to watch the two college football games tonight more than the Vikings game?

It's sad that:
a. There are two college FB games on a Thursday night.
b. The Vikings suck so bad, unfortunately nothing new on that front.

Games in the middle of the week seem to really put a damper on the whole idea of these kids being STUDENT athletes.

This week, there were/are college football games Tuesday through Saturday. It's more crazy that there are two top ten matchups, one a top 5, on a Thursday.

I may just listen to PA on KFAN and watch the college games.
